Circular economy

It is one of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to eliminate and/or reduce waste by re-using materials, reintroducing them to production systems with the involvement of manufacturers, distributors and consumers. The circular economy will allow the current situation to be reversed, facilitating human development while respecting the environment.

The 3Rs: Reduction - Reuse - Recycling

This is a rule to take care of the environment and in turn minimize the volume of waste and costs:

  • Reduction: design oriented to recycling and material optimization.
  • Reuse: find the possibility to extract the most from any material before ending its service life or regenerating in another process.
  • Recycling: processing of products to convert them back into raw material.

SDG Reporting

The board of directors of the Enplater Group has established the Sustainability Commission to ensure that the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the Member States of the United Nations, are implemented as soon as possible. These goals are designed to, among others, end poverty, fight inequality, prevent injustice, and tackle climate change. As the economic axis of society, companies have a key role in their implementation, as we drive innovation, are the engine of economic development and generate jobs, as well as care about the environment.
